Snowstorm pummeled the Yushu Tibet Autonomous Prefecture in northwest China Qinghai Province starting from Saturday night.
The storm dumped 5mm snow in 12 hours in the Nangqian county. The snow is continuing, expected to reach the strong snowstorm level.
The snowstorm has added fuel to the fire as the prefecture received four snowfalls between January 20 and February 10. The whole prefecture has been declared in a state of disaster. http://www.cctvplus.com/news/20190217...
