Burlington, VT – On Sunday, November 23, 2014, Alexandra Marek of Barre Town was named MISS VERMONT TEEN USA® 2015 & Jackie Croft of Burlington was named MISS VERMONT USA® 2015. They were crowned at the conclusion of the three-day MISS VERMONT TEEN USA® & MISS VERMONT USA® Pageant, which was held at the Hilton Hotel in Burlington, VT.
MISS VERMONT TEEN USA® 2015
Alexandra Marek is the 5’7" blue-eyed daughter of Lori Whitsell and William Whitsell. Together they reside in Barre Town, Vermont. Alexandra is a sophomore at Spaulding High School where she is the Manager for the Spaulding High School Football team, and on the tennis team. Her career ambition is to work as and be a producer for a major broadcasting company. Alexandra’s favorite hobbies include playing tennis, watching “I Love Lucy”, writing her brother in the US Army, hanging out with friends and spending time with her three cats and Great Dane (Duke). She describes herself as silly, caring and driven.
Crowned by Madison Cota, MISS VERMONT TEEN USA® 2014, Alexandra will represent Vermont at the MISS TEEN USA® 2015 Pageant.
The remainder of the “Top 5” included: First Runner-up Tammy Vujanovic of South Burlington; Second Runner-up Kelsey Golonka of Montpelier; Third Runner-up Gabriella Elnicki of Rutland and Fourth Runner-up Kasi White of Bomoseen.
The Semi-finalists were: Brianna Belleville of Barre, Jenna Charland of Lowell, Emilie Coffin of Richmond, Morgan Fitzgerald of Barre, Katelyn Martin of Barre.
Alexandra Marek was named Miss Photogenic and Emilie Coffin of Richmond was voted Miss Congeniality.
MISS VERMONT USA® 2015
Jackie Croft is the 5’8" hazel-eyed daughter of Dan and Denise Croft of Clarksville Tennessee. Jackie is a graduate of Woodstock Union High School and is active in community events, and volunteering at the local food shelf. Her career ambition is to become a professional model and own her own public image consulting firm. Her favorite hobbies include weight lifting, running, cooking, modeling and singing. She describes herself as exuberant, confident and compassionate.
Crowned by Gina Bernasconi, MISS VERMONT USA® 2014, Jackie will represent Vermont in the MISS USA® 2015 Pageant, which will be televised on the NBC television network.
The remainder of the “Top 5” included: First Runner-up Neely Fortune of Burlington; Second Runner-up Briana Terwilliger of St. Albans; Third Runner-up Ashley Audette of South Burlington and Fourth Runner-up Ashley Cote of Richmond.

Taylor Hough of Rutland was named Miss Photogenic and Savannah Clark of Enosburg Falls was voted Miss Congeniality.
